Legal Nurse Consultant

CCN is seeking a Legal Nurse Consultant to provide medical consultation services to our legal partners

Requirements include:

    • Organizing, reviewing, and analyzing medical records including, but not limited to, hospital records, physician records, psychology records, physical therapy records, radiological images, reports, and other diagnostic tests
    • Prepare fact chronology and executive summary
    • Organizing, reviewing, and analyzing records that relate to a provider’s submissions to Medicare, Medicaid, or other federally-funded healthcare programs
    • Reviewing and analyzing pleadings, including complaints, deposition transcripts, discovery requests and responses, expert witness reports and or other documents and pleadings
    • Preparing questions or areas of inquiry for depositions or other formal discovery of providers, other witnesses, treating physician(s), and medical expert(s) and other witnesses and preparing any summary findings reports
    • Must be a Registered Nurse (RNs) with a minimum of 8 years of clinical or patient care experience
    • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
      Experience with medical treatment and medical records, coupled with expertise in organizing, searching and reviewing records for purposes of litigation is required.
    • Nurses with Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification and/or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) certification preferred.

This position can be full or part-time and can be based throughout the US.

Operations Coordinator

This position represents CCN and our Care Concierge as a frontline customer service liaison between patients/clients, caregivers, and our professional partners. You will work under the direction of our Care Concierge Professionals. This position is full-time and can be virtual.

Requirements Include:

      • Ability to multi-task, shift priorities, and pivot quickly while staying superbly organized
      • Support with patient communication, coordination, daily operation needs, processing reports, billing, and calendering
      • Professionally represent CCN through all forms of communication in a friendly, caring, but direct tone
      • Experience and high level of comfort with Microsoft Office suite of programs 
      • A compassionate approach to working with our clients
      • A passion for the work we do and an interest in bringing quality care to our clients 
      • Minimum 3 years in an executive assistant, coordinator, administrative role required
      • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
